Portraits of Derbyshire Milliner Clare Brown.

I truly enjoyed working with Clare Brown, a talented milliner based in Belper, Derbyshire. Clare approached me to capture her at work after being contacted by Derbyshire Life magazine for a potential feature. We made the most of this opportunity not only to create images for the magazine but also to build a comprehensive collection of photographs that Clare can use for her own branding and any future press features.

Clare makes all of her luxury occasional headwear by hand using traditional methods in her lovely studio, based in an old dairy barn. You can see the original wheel in one of the portraits of her. Check out her work here and read more about her in the latest issue of Derbyshire Life.
