Unique Stays: A Kip Hideaway in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

It’s always a joy when I get a chirpy voice note from lovely Jodie Pinney. I’ve been working with Jodie in her collection of unique stays in Suffolk for a few years now and as soon as I turn in on the road to Orford I feel a sense of belonging and delight. It’s fair to say I adore Suffolk and it’s probably the place I’m going to retire.

But this sense of welcome is mostly from the spaces Jodie creates - she has a love of finding the very best independent products from crafters and makers of Sussex and celebrating them in her stays. So when she invited me to capture her new offering I almost bundled Monty in the van and set off immediately.

The flat in which Jodie spend her 20’s had a full renovation, which she worked alongside Kay Prestney for, together carefully sourcing products to set the tone for 12 New St which is now available on Kip Hideaways. Nestled in the heart of super cool Woodbridge, on the doorstep is a multitude of gorgeous walks with water never fa away. And if shopping is your thing, Woodbridge is bursting with amazing indies from clothes shops to handmade kids toys.
